You may not ship the following items:

- Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
- Hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, toxic, or radioactive substances)
- Perishable items without proper packaging and labeling
- Live animals (except as permitted by law)
- Currency, cash, or negotiable instruments
- Items that violate intellectual property rights
- Any item prohibited by local, state, or federal law
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, customs delays, and carrier schedules.
Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed, we will attempt to contact you. Packages may be returned to sender or held at a local facility at your expense.
Payment terms include:
- All fees must be paid before or at the time of shipment
- We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Additional fees may apply for customs, duties, taxes, or special handling

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParcelLivered's liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the lesser of:
- The actual value of the shipped item
- The declared value (if insurance was purchased)
- The shipping fees paid for the shipment
Exclusions
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
Insurance coverage is available for purchase. Standard shipping includes limited liability coverage. For full protection, we recommend purchasing additional insurance for valuable items. Insurance claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery or attempted delivery.
We provide tracking information for most shipments. You will receive email notifications at key stages of the shipping process. Tracking information is provided for convenience and may not be updated in real-time.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ParcelLivered or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason we deem necessary.
